CAMP O’DONNELL, Capas, Tarlac — The Armor (Pambato) Division celebrated its 50th Founding Anniversary on July 10, 2026, highlighting five decades of service, modernization, and commitment to national defense.

The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Antonio G. Nafarrete, Commanding General of the Philippine Army, as Guest of Honor and Speaker, together with military leaders, former commanders, civilian partners, and media representatives.

During the program, the Division recognized outstanding personnel and stakeholders, blessed newly acquired facilities and equipment, and reflected on its transformation into the Philippine Army’s premier armored force. Division Commander Major General Ronel R. Manalo reaffirmed the unit’s commitment to modernization, leadership development, and readiness to address evolving security challenges.

Lt. Gen. Nafarrete also encouraged Pambato troopers to remain steadfast, adaptive, and deserving of the trust and confidence of the Filipino people.
