About Central Luzon Balita

Central Luzon Balita is the first digital news outfit in Region 3, proudly owned and operated by IBS Worldwide Corp. We are committed to providing credible, timely, and people-centered journalism that connects the voices of the region to the rest of the nation.

Our History

Our humble beginnings trace back to August 2015, when we established the first 24-hour independent FM station in Tarlac City — a bold step that would redefine local broadcasting in Central Luzon. From the very start, our goal was clear: to give a voice to the people and build a platform that celebrates regional stories with national relevance.

We made history by introducing a series of “firsts” in local media:

The most locally produced shows with diverse anchors, reporters, and community voices.

The first simultaneous FM and Facebook live streaming, bridging traditional and digital audiences.

The first to introduce live DJ shows with news integration, creating a hybrid format that entertained and informed.

The first to broadcast via Zoom during the pandemic, ensuring continuity of service when most stations went off-air.

The first to adopt high-definition live streaming in the region, setting a new standard for production quality and audience engagement.

Over the years, Central Luzon Balita has grown from a small independent station into a recognized digital news platform serving millions of online viewers and listeners across Facebook, YouTube, and partner media networks. Our stories have been picked up by both local and national outlets, solidifying our position as a trusted regional news brand.

The Next Generation

As we move into a new digital era, Central Luzon Balita continues to innovate. The next generation of our platform will introduce:

AI-assisted newsroom systems for faster, data-driven reporting.

Expanded regional coverage through citizen correspondents and multimedia contributors.

Interactive storytelling formats designed for mobile and social audiences.

Our mission remains the same — to tell stories that matter, to amplify regional voices, and to uphold the highest standards of truth and integrity in journalism.

Our Vision

To be Central Luzon’s most trusted digital newsroom, recognized for innovation, independence, and impact.

Our Mission

To deliver credible, relevant, and responsible news while empowering communities through information, education, and civic engagement.
