Top housing developer Fiesta Communities, Inc. has unveiled its first-ever vertical mass housing development in Limay, Bataan, as part of a broader initiative to support the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program (4PH) under the Marcos administration. This major project, named 1Bataan Village by Fiesta Communities, is a collaborative effort between Fiesta Communities, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund), and the local government of Bataan.
The official launch was marked by the signing of a memorandum of agreement, with Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, CEO of Hausland Group, representing his father, Hausland President and Chairman Wilfredo Tan, and Limay Mayor Nelson David. Fiesta Communities is a well-known affiliate of Hausland Group, a leader in residential development.
The project will span 7,992 square meters and will offer 508 housing units in 22 and 25-square-meter variants, featuring amenities such as an entrance gate, pavilion, basketball court, parking spaces, and lounges. Construction is set to begin before the end of the year, with housing units expected to be available to the public by next year.
This development represents a significant step towards addressing the housing needs of Filipinos and enhancing quality of life through affordable, community-centered living spaces.
