CAPAS, Tarlac — The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) formally awarded a land title for a 6,308-square-meter lot to Gabaldon Elementary School, located in Capas, Tarlac. The land patent was personally handed over by DENR Tarlac Provincial Head Jowell Dellosa and DENR-Capas Community Head Isagani Manalili to School Principal Benigno Ramos.
Ralph Pablo, DENR Regional Executive Director, emphasized that this initiative is part of the department’s broader campaign to secure land titles for public institutions. “By granting land titles to public schools, we’re not just safeguarding government assets—we’re investing in the future of Filipino learners. Capas Gabaldon Elementary School now stands on land that is legally and rightfully theirs,” he stated.
This milestone demonstrates DENR’s steadfast support for educational stability, proper land utilization, and long-term development planning across the region.
