As part of the 128th Founding Anniversary of the Philippine Army, the Armor “Pambato” Division demonstrated its strength and strategic capabilities through an impressive Static and Kinetic Display held at the Tarlac State University–Lucinda Campus.
The event served as a platform for the division to showcase its mechanized infantry prowess, with the 1st Tank (Masikan) Battalion and 3rd Mechanized Infantry (Makatarungan) Battalion leading the demonstrations. The display highlighted the troops’ operational readiness and swift response capabilities in addressing internal and external threats to national peace and security.
In a message to students and attendees, Division Commander Major General Pedro C. Balisi Jr. reaffirmed the Army’s dedication to safeguarding the nation.
“The Philippine Army is dedicated to upholding our commitments to sustainable development and national security, safeguarding our communities and ensuring a peaceful future for generations to come,” he said.
MGen Balisi also called on the youth to take an active role in supporting the country’s peace efforts, encouraging students to be partners in building a secure and stable region.
The event not only emphasized the modern capabilities of the Armor Division but also reinforced the Army’s role in fostering civilian-military collaboration. As the division continues its mission to protect the people and the state, it remains steadfast in contributing to sustainable development and lasting peace in the country.
