The provincial government of Tarlac has officially launched POP UP Tarlac 2026–2028 or Participatory and Organized Planning for Unified Progress, a comprehensive program aimed at building a safer, more peaceful, and progressive province.
The initiative brings together the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), mayors and vice mayors, members of the Sangguniang Bayan leading Peace and Order Committees, the provincial police led by the Provincial Director and Chiefs of Police, frontliners, and other partner agencies in government.
At the core of POP UP Tarlac is the principle that peace and order are the pillars of sustainable development. Officials emphasized that every step of the program will not only focus on infrastructure and public services but also ensure that communities remain safe, resilient, and inclusive.
“Peace and order are the foundation of true progress. We are making sure that every Tarlaqueño benefits from secure, stable, and thriving communities,” the provincial government said in a statement.
Through united action and participatory planning, Tarlac aims to build a more organized and inclusive roadmap for growth, one that strengthens public safety while paving the way for long-term prosperity and a brighter future for every Tarlaqueño.
