The Armor (Pambato) Division of the Philippine Army has proudly showcased its latest assets and facilities at the Headquarters, Armor Division, Camp OβDonnell, Sta. Lucia, Capas, Tarlac, on March 5, 2024, with Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido PA, Commanding General, Philippine Army, gracing the event as the Guest of Honor.
The unveiling ceremony introduced several enhancements, including the revamped Armor Museum, Mess Hall, and a state-of-the-art Maintenance Depot. The Armor Museum stands as a testament to the heroic feats and accomplishments of our troops, showcasing their bravery and selflessness. Meanwhile, the Mess Hall promises to offer nutritious meals in a world-class setting, ensuring the well-being of our soldiers.

The newly inaugurated Maintenance Depot is poised to cater to the repair and maintenance needs of various armored vehicles, further enhancing the division's operational capabilities. As part of the event, a Command Post Vehicle, nine units of ASCOD Sabrah Light Tanks, five 6x6 Wheeled Armored Personnel Carriers, and one Tractor Head were also presented and blessed.

These new facilities and armored vehicles mark a significant leap forward for the Armor Division, reinforcing its commitment to unit preparedness and operational readiness. With these additions, the division aims to become a world-class, multi-mission ready, and cross-domain capable armor force, ensuring the defense and security of the nation.
