According to the station, the incident occurred around 9 a.m., when multiple jeepneys carrying individuals from various towns and municipalities across Nueva Ecija arrived simultaneously at the venue. A circulating video posted by the media outlet shows long queues of people entering the heavily secured private convention center, with many reportedly receiving cash or in-kind assistance inside the premises.
